I Dr. Sivalingam Elayabalan ,born on 03 ,May 1983 at Eachampatti village, Attur in Salem district of Tamil Nadu, India finished my PhD in Agricultural Biotechnology during the year of 2006-2010 and Masters in Agricultural Biotechnology degree during 2004-2006 from Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU), Coimbatore and earlier completed by B.Sc Agriculture degree during 2000-2004.
